Who is this 12-week program designed for?

What equipment do I need?
You'll get the most from the program with access to a gym — dumbbells, barbells, cables, and a bench. However, I also provide home-friendly alternatives for every exercise so you can train effectively with minimal equipment like resistance bands and a pull-up bar.
Is nutrition guidance included?

How much time do I need per day?
